In your onboarding phase, we will work together to create the conditions that will make you feel welcome, give you orientation, and give you the opportunity to contribute productively as quickly as possible. We don't want to formalize this process too much, but flexibly tailor it to your needs. An experienced colleague is your "buddy", who will act as your guide and coach and will be available to you in the first few weeks of your time with us and beyond. Last but not least, there is regular communication with our HR department and your supervisor to collect your impressions and experiences and to provide you with additional support in this important phase.
To support your goal-oriented development, we offer various training opportunities. In addition to the continuous "training on the job", supported by our fantastic team, you will have access to physical or digital training offers within the framework of your coordinated, individual development plan or based on any needs identified at short notice.
